  • Understand and recommend co-financial models to enhance and maximize our research initiatives (such as FAPESP, Embrapii, FINEP, etc).
  • Coordinate and integrate the understanding of R&D regulation between Brazil R&D and support areas, envisioning an appropriate operational model and compliance (Finance & Control, Procurement/Contracts, Tax, and Legal).
  • Propose continuous improvement initiatives for the team regarding stakeholder management, documentation, and collaboration with internal areas.
  • BRDC focal point towards Lei do Bem, coordinating the information and working together with Tax to attend the demands.

Here’s what we expect from you:

At Equinor, there are some overall qualities we regard as essential. We want you to identify with the values that guide our decisions and help us succeed and grow: open, collaborative, courageous, and caring. • Structured, systematic, and result-oriented professional.
  • Proactive and capable of proposing solutions related to your role.
